Our approach to pipeline management involves building market maps and talent pools without charging high success fees. We are a particularly strong partner for companies looking to hire senior executives or build teams of people without the extra financial burden of placement fees.
We’ve developed an effective, research-based approach to market mapping. Clients engage us to develop their go-to approach and to do targeted research to build a map of individual roles or job families. Our approach is cost effective and fast, and within a few days or weeks we can usually provide a map of a hundred or more candidates that match the research parameters.
More involved than market mapping, we can work with you to profile, engage, and screen or interview potential candidates, and present the ones interested and qualified enough to be included in the talent pool.
We would still develop a market map, but in this case, we’d also want to include more rich data – full hiring profiles, candidate personas, and “fit” requirements (across culture, performance, and role/skills), the top 20/50/100 competitive employers, and more. Within a few weeks, we can usually develop a talent pool 8-15 candidates who match and are willing to interview for the role.
Clients mostly use talent pooling to quickly build up a pipeline of talent for key roles or to jumpstart the executive search process.

We’ll take the time to learn about your company and your specific requirements – and review your employer brand and employee value propositions, and familiarize ourselves with your current approach and requirements.
We’ll work together to set project timelines and objectives based on your requirements. We’ll define our project team and establish a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to set performance expectations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

With the right tools in place, and after we assign a dedicated project manager to your account, we can begin our work through an hourly fee arrangement.
We’ll also make ourselves available through ad-hoc breakout sessions, weekly check-ins, and support via phone, text, email, Slack/Asana or other. After our time together, we’ll debrief and complete an outcomes evaluation – and can even provide post-engagement training or retained support at your request. And as a bonus, all of our work is yours to keep – including all candidate research, pertinent names and information, and related data and content. It’s all yours to keep.
