A mid-size professional services firm was fast growing and wanted to double the size of their contractor base. Multiple competitors were unwilling to shape the kind of deal they needed to succeed and so the CEO called in our team to see how we could help.
The company had dozens of unfilled client opportunities but no contractors or consultants to fill those positions – and limited experience in developing a talent pipeline and sourcing such a big number of contractors.
Because they had the deals, but no people, the company was forecasting a very substantial revenue opportunity loss. We met and took the time to understood their interests and worked together to structure a deal what was good for everyone. (in this particular case we used a “Management Fee Plus Cost Per Hire” fee structure)
A few days later, we jumped in and began to work on building up a custom RPO solution. Within 6 months, our team’s efforts had helped to realign internal resources, and attract, source and hire a large team of contractors and consultants. We also shortened time to fill and reduced cost of hire for the company by almost 300 percent.
