A rapidly-growing provider of internet marketing services reached out to TalentSum for help to upgrade their approach to talent acquisition and recruitment. They needed to establish a new set of practices, discover and share their brand and culture, and make improvements to their talent acquisition and recruitment program quickly.
TalentSum's Fractional VP of Talent Acquisition collaborated with the company to conduct research, analyze market and competitive trends, and collect and analyze data to develop a new set of talent acquisition strategies. The VP developed candidate journey maps, helped the client define their company culture, created and activated their employer brand, and developed value proposition positioning/messaging. They also developed talent marketing content and provided recruitment support, such as targeted job ads and deploying a new applicant tracking system to streamline their recruitment process, build talent pools and efficiently move candidates through the hiring stages. They provided expertise across skills assessments, applicant screening, interviews, scoring, and more.
The engagement was based on an hourly rate, with TalentSum billing at the end of every month for all work completed throughout the month. Any necessary costs related to the work were included in the initial request and reimbursed.
The agreement between TalentSum and the client was effective and remained in place for one year, during which the Fractional VP of Talent Acquisition provided valuable insights and guidance to help the company achieve its talent acquisition objectives.
