The CEO of a life sciences consultancy recognized the need to improve and decided to partner with our firm. TalentSum would develop a talent strategy and plan, execute talent surveys and interviews, collect and translate data into actionable insights, and use the insights to work up new FIT profiles, hiring profiles, candidate personas, job-related content, employer brand messaging, and employee value proposition material.
TalentSum began by conducting a discovery session with the client to understand their challenges and objectives. TalentSum then deployed talent surveys to collect data on the current state of the client's attraction, recruitment, and hiring practices. They also conducted interviews to gather more qualitative data. Once the data was collected, TalentSum analyzed and translated it into actionable insights. Based on the insights, TalentSum worked up new FIT profiles, hiring profiles, candidate personas, job-related content, employer brand messaging, and employee value proposition material.
The project had a two-month timeline and included a discovery session, shared Google Drive folder items, survey deployment, strategy/planning work, survey response collection, survey analysis and translation, breakout sessions for review, interviews/data collection, interview analysis and translation, content and profile development, and final project review.
