A growing life sciences firm engaged us to help them improve talent attraction, align the business, improve recruiting, and staff an important role.
The CEO of Chicago-based life sciences firm reach out because there were a few issues inside the organization that needed to be addressed. During our time together, we worked with them to develop a solid talent strategy and plan - one rooted and aligned with their business strategy. With a strategy and plan in place, we were able to help them define “fit” and activate a strong employer brand and compelling value proposition, and then make improvements to their recruiting program and approach to talent attraction.
Specifically, we executed talent surveys and interviews, collected and translated data into actionable insights, and used what we uncovered to work up new FIT profiles, hiring profiles, candidate personas, job-related content, employer brand messaging, and employee value proposition material.
We also advised their marketing team on how to think more strategically about talent attraction and worked with them to develop a brand new career site.
We also advised the CEO on how to revise their service delivery model to help become more aligned and deliver more value across the program while also making improvements across business development, diverse recruitment (recruitment marketing, sourcing and pipelining, search), team responsibilities, improvement initiatives, feedback loops for consultants in the field, and more.
During the engagement, it was determined the company needed to hire a new Head of Recruitment to support the firm. We extended our engagement to quickly develop a pipeline of talented candidates, screen the appropriate/qualified candidates, and support the CEO to hire/onboard the successful candidate.
