The client was then involved in structuring goals and strategies that aligned and supported their business strategy, with TalentSum developing sets of tactics to support each strategy. The final structure sets were reviewed with the client.
Finally, TalentSum presented the basic conclusions and recommendations, followed by revisions and the final presentation and handoff of the talent strategy and plan to the client. Thanks to this plan, the client was able to attract and retain top talent while aligning with their business goals.
